Holiday cancellation policy

Should you cancel a holiday for any reason, no refund will be available unless your place is resold. If you would like to cancel your place on a holiday please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Your deposit is non refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any holiday if there is insufficient demand. Please therefore do not leave it until the last few weeks if you are interested in a particular date, as you may find that it has been removed. Please note that we cannot be liable for any other costs incurred by yourself, so please check with us before booking any non-refundable transport.

We will not be responsible for providing any reimbursement for delays to the trip due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, or government intervention.

The participant certifies that she/he is physically fit and does not have a condition that would limit mobility. we assume no liability regarding provision of medical care.

Trips include accommodation, breakfast, group transport, services of guides and workshops where applicable.

To reserve a place on  a holiday a £500 per person deposit is required. Final payment will be due in full one month before departure.

For reservations made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required when the reservation is accepted.

Own travel insurance is recommended.

For holidays where specialist equipment is required (such as the photography holidays) you will need to bring your own equipment. None will be provided by Chryssie’s Greece or our associates.

Insurance for your equipment is strongly recommended.
